This captivating historical fiction book has it all; history, adventure, and romance. It was such an inspiration to me well written. She has had a variety of jobs including waitress, fruit picker, barmaid, shop assistant and market trader selling second-hand books. Rich in titles on English life and social history, this collection spans the world as it was known to eighteenth-century historians and explorers.
